Berliner Talks Trash (… and Budget, and Politics …)

Montgomery County Council President Roger Berliner met with reporters Monday, and discussed last week’s straw vote on the county’s $5.4 billion spending plan, as well as the troubles with getting a trash contractor to live up to his contract. He also discusses the upcoming election season, where possibly three or more members of the County Council could be running for County Executive.
