“Change is Not Easy,” said Elections Board President (VIDEO)

The Montgomery County Board of Elections (BOE) has voted to change two early voting locations and that decision has outraged some area Democrats. In this MyMCMedia Extra video, James Shalleck, the president of the Board of Elections, talks about that decision.

The Montgomery County Council’s Government Operations and Fiscal Policy Committee has called an Oct. 1 briefing on this topic.
