Cookie Rally Launches Girl Scout Cookie Season

Girl Scouts of the Nation’s Capital, Association 31, Service Unit 6 held a Cookie Rally for younger Girl Scouts to kick off the 2015 Cookie Season. The Cookie Spirit Nail Painting Booth was hosted by Girl Scout Cadette Troop 3148 on January 10th. We had so much fun painting Girl Scout Daisies and some Girl Scout Brownie’s nails. We had over 50 girls who got their nails painted. The younger girls loved it, and it was a great way to have a fun visual and learn about the different types of cookies. Each finger was the color of a cookie box. The thumb was white with a green Trefoil or Girl Scout symbol. After the younger girls were finished, some of us painted the adults nails and each other’s nails. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it.
