County Recognizes MC Teacher Emily Rosado (Photo)

Montgomery College Associate Professor Emily Rosado, who developed the first Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) offered by a Maryland community college to prepare students for college English courses, was honored by the Montgomery County Council May 6 after being named the Individual of the Year in Higher Education by the Maryland Distance Learning Association.
