“Creative Colony” will serve as a membership-only coworking space for creative and communication professionals in the Downtown area. The space will feature a place for professionals to meet and collaborate on projects and grow their businesses.

“The community’s support and enthusiasm for Creative Colony has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Tiffany Jones, Community Manager for Creative Colony.

The space will officially opening at its location in Suite 600 of the World Building in Downtown Silver Spring on March 20.

“Downtown Silver Spring has really become a diverse hub for creative professionals, and it’s so exciting to be able to provide a place for them to grow and strengthen their business while collaborating with others in the community, and having a great time while doing it,” Jones said.

Access to the space and the “creative collaboration” the business hopes to facilitate range from $65 per month for virtual access to $550 a month for a dedicated desk space. They will also offer day passes for $20.

“The opening of Creative Colony is the culmination of a simple vision and desire to support my fellow creative entrepreneurs in the growth of their business,” said Shala W. Graham, the Founding Operator of Creative Colony. “It’s an honor and a privilege to serve this community.”
