Strathmore: Maryland Heroin Awareness Advocates Spring Concert Benefit

April 17, 8:00 pm at The Music Center at Strathmore.

The Washington Symphony Players are hosting a spring concert for the benefit of Maryland Heroin Awareness Advocates. The artists include conductor Ulysses James, oboe soloist H. David Meyers, and The Washington Singers Foundation.

The purpose of this benefit relates to Maryland’s opioid crisis. Maryland Heroin Awareness Advocates is a grassroots, non-profit organization which advocates for prevention, education, and quality treatment for children and adults with heroin and other opioid disorders, including individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental illness.

Please join us after the concert for a black tie optional cocktail party.
