Farm To Table (Video)
Six area chefs prepared their specialties at the Olney Farmers and Artists Market’s annual farm-to-table dinner, sponsored by the Sandy Spring Museum. The event was in mid-September but the energy and ideas brought forth at the Farm to Table Galas are sure to inspire local farmers and chefs to continue growing and eating locally.
For the main course, Executive Chefs Steven Lukis and Tim Horst of the Rosa Mexicano Restaurants prepared their signature entrée Tablones, a braised beef short ribs, served with a salsa mestiza and rajas. The Montgomery Channel production team was on location to cover the event.
