1. Flood Watch: The National Weather Service is predicting more rain through Friday and has the area under a flood watch from now through Friday evening.

2. Budget Work: The County Council is scheduled to reach agreement on the fiscal year 2019 operating and capital budgets and the six-year capital budget today. The Council formally adopts the budget on May 24.
