2. Child Abuse Prevention Month: Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett will join with officials at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital to announce a new partnership about caring for infants today.

3. Literary Luncheon: Author and Journalist Marvin Kalb is the keynote speaker at today’s literary luncheon at Strathmore Mansion.
