2. School Fire: Montgomery County firefighters are investigating what sparked a blaze on the campus of Goshen Elementary School on Sunday afternoon in Gaithersburg.

3. Street Beat: As part of the Maryland 355 and Cedar Lane intersection improvements, State Highway Administration (SHA) crews are closing a section of sidewalk along Cedar Lane between Maryland 355 and Elmhirst Parkway while repairs are underway at night in Bethesda.

4. President’s Briefing:  Montgomery County Council President George Leventhal is scheduled to meet with reporters today to discuss a variety of topics, including the Council’s reconciliation list, events in Baltimore and more.
