1. Got dinner plans? About three dozen restaurants are participating in the first annual Silver Spring Restaurant Week that kicks off today in downtown Silver Spring.

2. Maryland Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford headlines the 14th annual Maryland Hispanic Business Conference today in Bethesda.

3. Like to bike? A community meeting is scheduled tonight in Burtonsville and tomorrow in Germantown to discuss the Montgomery County Planning Board’s Bicycle Master Plan.

4. Montgomery Parks invites you to a community meeting tonight in Bethesda to discuss the Capital Crescent Trail Connector. The meeting takes place at the Bethesda Chevy Chase Regional Services Center from 7 – 9 p.m.

5. The Gaithersburg Arts Barn is holding an open house and artists reception tonight in Kentlands. You can sample art classes and meet the talented artists.
