4. Montgomery County Council Committees are meeting today, and on the agenda is charging stations for electric vehicles, the Gude landfill, economic development strategies and cybersecurity. Council President Craig Rice will also hold his weekly briefing today.

5. Today is the open enrollment deadline to sign up for the Affordable Care Act.
