It appears that MoCo is in an information vacuum with what is happening at the state level. Would be glad to post some press statements from the Governor’s Media FB page. There is a power struggle foing on and although the Governor hae announced a one billion dollar commitment to fund much needed highway improvements , Annapolis law makers our blocking efforts to approve these funds because they all want their share of these monies. They want to block any executive action to allow him the prioritize these products. Its gridlock as usual and those few who resent the man who the majority of Marylanders voted into office to fix this gridlock are to blame.
