Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber Members Learn about Mercy Health Clinic

Mercy Health Clinic Executive Director, Mark Foraker, discovered that most of the attendees had not heard about the clinic and the services they provide. With more than 150 dedicated volunteers, Mercy Health is committed to improving and expanding quality primary medical care, educational support and the pharmaceuticals it provides free of charge to people who might otherwise not receive health care.

Foraker told attendees if they were interested, there were a variety of ways to get involved to help them serve the community. These included: becoming a volunteer, board service, and spreading the word about the clinic.

“The services we provide require a community,” said Foraker. “We need your help bringing new volunteers, friends, donors, and patients to our clinic. Be an advocate for our work and an ambassador for us to the community you live and work in.”

Mercy Health Clinic is located at 7 Metropolitan Court, Suite 1 in Gaithersburg. Learn more about them online, here.
