Chamber Celebrates

Ribbon cutting ceremony at GGCC new offices

County Councilmember Craig Rice, State Delegate Charles Barkley, State Senator’s Nancy King & Jennie Forehand, County Executive Isiah “Ike” Leggett, City of Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney Katz, GGCC President Marilyn Balcombe and GGCC Board Chairwoman Trina LaPier are all smiles as they cut the ribbon officially opening the doors of the new Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber office located at 910 Clopper Road in Gaithersburg.

The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) recently celebrated  a grand reopening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new offices.

Over 65 people attended, including County Executive Isiah “Ike” Leggett, State Senators Nancy King & Jennie Forehand; State Delegates Charles Barkley & Brian Feldman; Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett; County Councilmembers Nancy Floreen & Craig Rice; Gaithersburg Mayor Sidney Katz and Gaithersburg Councilmember Henry Marraffa.

 The Chamber office is now located at 910 Clopper Road, Suite 205N, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. The chamber’s phone numbers will remain the same – Main Line: 301.840.1400 – Fax Line: 301.963.3918.

The GGCC is active in providing business-to-business networking opportunities throughout the year: a collective voice in local, regional, and state legislative affairs, professional development opportunities and other services that enhance the business environment.
