GGCC Named in 2014 Top 25 Chambers
The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) was named to the Washington Business Journal’s Top 25 Chambers of Commerce. Ranked by revenue, the GGCC was ranked number 15. We were ranked just behind the area’s large chambers such as: D.C. Fairfax County, Prince William County, Montgomery County, Greater Reston, Loudoun Count, Alexandria, Arlington and Prince George’s Chambers of Commerce.
“As Gaithersburg-Germantown continues to grow, it makes sense that the Chamber continues to grow too. We work very hard to represent the business community and it is great to be recognized for our efforts,” said Marilyn Balcombe, GGCC President/CEO.
For 65 years, the GGCC strives “to serve, represent, and be the leading advocate for the interests of our membership in ways that enhance the business environment, quality of life, and well-being of our unique communities.”
The GGCC is active in providing business-to-business networking opportunities throughout the year: a collective voice in local, regional, and state legislative affairs, professional development opportunities and other services that enhance the business environment.
