On Nov.9, the Unity Christian Fellowship (UCF), a youth development organization celebrated its 7th Annual Scholarship Dinner at the Gaithersburg Hilton.

Organizers said the highlight of the evening was the keynote speaker. Leggett talked about how he went on to excel in college to earn an undergraduate degree and several advanced degrees including a law degree.
