It’s becoming an annual back-to-school tradition – tax free shopping during the second week of August. Started eight years ago by the Maryland General Assembly, Maryland’s Tax Free Week encourages shoppers to take advantage of no sales tax on clothes and shoes up to $100.  As MyMCMedia’s Cindy Peña explains, shoppers and retailers benefit:
