Media Team Takes Camp Todd (PHOTOS)

The Media Team went on a test trip to Camp Todd, and here is what they thought about it!

Yasmine: While in camp Todd we got to shoot bows and arrows. We learned how to  shoot the arrows onto the target. You have to make sure your feet are spread apart and that your fingers  aren’t touching the arrow.  When you release the arrow it should move swiftly through the air and meet the target.  We now know how to shoot arrows and we had a great time shooting them.

Val: Camp Todd is an amazing camp. It’s big, fun, and has a lot of things to do.

Maddie: Camp Todd would be a great place for Encampment 2016. It has plenty of space to accommodate the entire service unit.

Dana: Camp Todd is an amazing camp! It’s big and spacious, with tons of things to do!

Jessica: I really liked the rope ferry to Fire Island. And the music in the woods. I liked all the little frogs that were there.

Alyssa: At Camp Todd there are many things do, and I love that about the camp! For example, there is ziplining, rock wall climbing, and archery.

Mia: We experienced all of the activities ranging from canoeing and kayaking to zip line, adventure wall and archery, sliding down the slip-and-slide and S’mores on Fire Island.   There is something for everyone.
