Now add a little, “Whoohooooo, Whoohoooo…..” as you sway.


Just 5 seconds of this happy dance, just 5 seconds, even when feeling blue, will always make you smile. Your smile will lift your spirits. Your spirits will summon ancient friends. And your friends will raise you higher into the light.

Just like the song of Pharrell Williams (the happy song), this should be played every single day either at work or home or wherever you can listen to it. Sing, dance, smile, live like no one is watching. Even if your moves sucks at dancing, it doesn’t matter at all. The fact that your moves sucks will bring a smile to your face, a smile that is much needed during difficult times in life. These are the moments where you feel like everything in life goes against you and that there is no way out. Nothing is final, except death, so until that day happens, you can take yourself out of every bad situation. Do not fret the small details and stress over it. Life is like a roller coaster so expect the ups and downs. There is no way you can avoid that ride. Just like swimming against current will tire you and possibly drown you because of exhaustion, the best way to play it is to swim with the current, just like taking what life throws at you.

Every morning as you wake, just take a few seconds saying that today will be a great day, a day filled with opportunities, a day that will change your life. As everyday is different in nature, even when you feel like it is the same every day, you can change the outcome of your day by changing or tweaking some daily activities. Instead of going home after work and crashing on the couch, get up and go to the gym or catch up with a few friends or whatever else. Do different things every day just to feel like life isn’t as boring as you make it to be. It all depends on you. Oh yes, never forget to put that happy song on your way to work to add another smile to your face.
