Get ready for our new “Backpack Journalists”!

I begin one of the most fun classes (in my opinion) at MCM on Monday!  I had a blast last summer with all of our teenagers and I’m ready for this summer!  Journalism, especially Video Journalism is changing the face of the field and our students will be prepared to tell their stories by the time they finish our program.  I have some really interesting things planned.  In two weeks our students are going to learn a great deal about reporting, recording with our Sony Bloggies and editing on Final Cut Pro. It’s going to be a great session. If you want to get involved, we are offering two more sessions in July!  Make sure you check out the Backpack Journalism page to get all the details! Hope to see you in class! Don’t forget this may be a FUN way to get SSL hours.
