Montgomery Row Sales Office Opens Saturday in Bethesda
It’s called Montgomery Row and the sales office opens on Saturday.
The 168-residence community, located on ten acres along Fernwood Road between Rock Spring and Rockledge drives, offers walkability to shopping and dining spots, as well as convenient access for Montgomery County commuters.

Montgomery Row’s three and four-level townhomes will range in size from 1,700 to 2,600 square feet with four models available (Burch, Calvin, Ellis, Daniel). Homes will be three or four bedrooms and will include a private, two-car garage (front or side-load based on model) and a rooftop terrace with available outdoor kitchen and gas fireplace.
Market rate homes are priced from $749,900 to $1,124,900. First move-ins are expected in the spring of 2016.
All homes will be built to environmentally friendly LEED for Homes standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The community will also include 21 moderately-priced dwelling units (MPDU) for moderate-income purchasers.
The Montgomery Row sales center at 10435 Fernwood Road opens on Saturday June 6 from 11 a.m – 6 p.m. followed by daily hours from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
