New Year Resolution
As a rule every January we tend to talk a lot about our New Year’s resolutions: “my resolution is…blah, blah, blah….” omg for some of us it’s the same old song, but does it matter? I would say no, it doesn’t matter. To hear it over and over when it’s about health, health, health or better yet fitness, fitness, fitness. So we can announce it to the world one more time, “my resolution for 2013 is losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle.” There, I said it out and loud and we’ll see how it goes. One of my plans is to visit an Aquatic Center early in the morning at 6 a.m. for an early bird lap swim until 6:45 am. How do you like that?
