Police Asking for Public’s Assistance in Identifying Gaithersburg Homicide Victim (PHOTOS)

police carMontgomery County police officers continue to investigate a suspicious death after hikers found a body in a wooded area of Gaithersburg on Nov. 12th. Police announced today that the death is now being investigated as a homicide and are asking the public’s help to identify the victim.

Police describe the the victim as a Hispanic male, believed to be in his late to early twenties, approximately 5’6″ tall. Police said the Medical Examiner’s Office believes the victim’s body has been in the woods since late summer 2016.

Police have released photos of the shirt and size 8 Aldo shoes that the victim was wearing when his body was discovered by hikers in the woods in the 1500 block of Game Preserve Road.
