Police Investigate Stabbings on Alloway Court
Police were called to the residence on Alloway Court at 1:10 a.m. for the report of a stabbing. According to police, a party was held at the residence earlier in the evening and, at some point during the party, uninvited guests entered the residence. The party was shut down and all guests were told to leave, police said.
According to police, many guests then congregated outside of the residence, and several assaults were believed to have occurred within the group. Upon police arrival, no victims were located as other partygoers had already taken the injured persons to local hospitals.
Less than an hour later, police received a call from a local hospital reporting that a stabbing victim had come into the emergency room. Upon responding to the hospital, officers discovered two victims – a 20-year-old male suffering from a stab wound and an 18-year-old male suffering from injuries to his face and torso.
At approximately 2:11 a.m., police in a neighboring jurisdiction received a report from a local hospital that a stabbing victim had come into the emergency room there. Police responded and located a 15-year-old male suffering from a stab wound.
Further investigation by officers revealed that the three above victims had been at the party on Alloway Court and were injured at that location.
At this time, police said the 20-year-old and the 18-year-old have been treated and released from the hospital. Police said the 15-year-old is still hospitalized and receiving treatment for his injuries.
