Potomac Pizza Closes in Kentlands, Potomac Village Deli Coming Soon (VIDEO)

UPDATED There’s a new restaurant coming to Kentlands Market Square. On March 14, also known as Pi Day,  Potomac Pizza opened and closed for the last time at the Center Point Way location.

The popular restaurant has served customers for 17 years at its Kentlands location in the Gaithersburg community. But this space won’t be empty for long.

In this MyMCMedia Extra video, Potomac Pizza Co-Owner Adam Greenberg gives us a sneak preview of a new restaurant, Potomac Village Deli, that is coming soon to the corner spot.

Potomac Pizza is known for its community outreach and its fundraisers for local schools and organizations.  On March 14th, Greenberg said a fundraiser for Darnestown Elementary would take place at the restaurant. Even though the Kentlands location has closed, he wants delivery customers in the Kentlands-Lakelands area to know they can still order Potomac Pizza by calling the Traville Village Center location during and after construction of the new restaurant. Potomac Village Deli is scheduled to open on April 13th.
