Town of Poolesville Debuts on YouTube (VIDEOS)

UPDATED There’s a new place to go where you can hear from some proud people who call the Town of Poolesville their home.

The small Montgomery County town has unveiled a new YouTube channel, which features testimonials from residents about life in Poolesville. The shared tag line in these videos: “that’s my Poolesville.”

Suzanne Tallia said she loves living and volunteering in Poolesville:

Alex Jamison said he moved away but came back to the town he calls home.

In addition to the testimonials, you will also find a video recap of Poolesville Day, one of the small town’s biggest events, on the town’s new YouTube channel.

Chuck Stump, vice president of the Poolesville Town Commission, said the town’s newest social media platform is important for connecting and engaging with residents and others online.

“The addition of the Poolesville YouTube page follows the Town’s recent introduction of a new, user-friendly website and is another important communications tool for keeping residents and others aware of all that is happening here,”  Stump said.

You can find more information about Poolesville by visiting its website.
