Troop 3002 October Update

Cadette troop 3002 had a busy month of October. The troop hosted its annual “Fit and Fierce” event on October 1st. This event promotes fitness in the community. On October 8th, the troop made several bags of trail mix snacks for Martha’s table. On October 15 the troop volunteered at the World of Montgomery Festival.

Here’s what the Girl Scouts said:

“We did a lot of activities at Fit & Fierce such as hip hop, Bollywood dance, yoga, body building and jiu-jitsu. We had a lot of fun and we would like to thank our vendors and everybody who helped out with the event”

“Troop 3002 made 40 bags of trail mix for Martha’s table. We did this activity to help those in need. We also volunteered at the World of Montgomery festival – it was fun working with other volunteers.”
