Delegate Jeff Waldstreicher, a Democrat who represents District 18, holds a reception from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, at the Home of Barry and Joanne Lynn, 2318 Ashboro Drive, Chevy Chase.
