2 in 1: Videography and Editing

Participants will receive hands-on training in video production and editing. Videography instruction areas include professional camera use, lighting and audio, shooting with a Panasonic-4k HCX1000. Students will learn how to shoot and use Adobe Premiere Pro to complete a video segment. Editing instruction areas include media management, working on a timeline, transitions, basic graphics and effects.

No previous television production experience needed, but this is a technical, hands-on training experience, so participants are expected to jump right in and be ready to learn!

Structure: 3 videography sessions and 3 editing sessions
Prerequisites: Orientation & MCM Member with Annual User Fee Paid

This class is for ages 18 and over.

Successful completion of this course will certify each student as a Videographer & Adobe Premiere Editor at Montgomery Community Media.
