1. National Protests: Exactly one month after a school shooting in Parkland, Florida that killed 17 people, students from across the country are planning to walkout of school to stand in solidarity with the victims.
2. Town Hall:
Join us tomorrow evening (March 14) at 7:30 p.m. for the Council's Town Hall mtg. at White Oak Community Center in #SilverSpring. Doors open at 7 p.m.

3. Gang Awareness: Join Montgomery County Police Department’s Third District for information regarding current gang activity in the county. They will also host a training seminar on ways parents and families can prevent youth from getting involved with gang activity. The meeting will be held at 1002 Milestone Drive in Silver Spring.
4. Multiple Sclerosis Awareness: The Montgomery County Council issued a proclamation in honor of Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week.
5. Education Budget Forum:
