The Emotional Impact of the Loss of the Freedom of Driving: The City of Rockville is hosting a workshop today at the Rockville Senior Center from 10:30 a.m. until noon to help people who’ve had to give up driving due to physical or cognitive abilities. In this workshop, people will learn alternative transportation options in Montgomery County. It’s a free event and more information can be found here.

2. Inquiring Minds: Gaithersburg Community Museum is continuing its “Inquiring Minds” series today from 10:30 a.m. until noon. Today’s theme is “Big Blocks, Big Games.” Here’s more information about this series that’s suitable for children ages five and up.
