3. The Takoma Park City Council meets tonight and on the agenda: Changing the date of city elections, updates from the Emergency Preparedness Manager and Emergency Preparedness Committee, update on Streetlight Conversion Research, and results from the Pavement Condition Study

4. The Montgomery County Police department is scheduled to host an LGBTQ community meeting at the Public Safety Headquarters in Gaithersburg tonight.

5. Gojira, a metal band with roots in France, will be performing at The Fillmore Silver Spring tonight.
