Floreen, Leggett and Rice Met With Dr. Smith Before School Board Meeting (VIDEO)

riceBefore the Montgomery County School Board voted on his conditional appointment, Dr. Jack Smith had a breakfast meeting with County Executive Ike Leggett, Council President Nancy Floreen and Council member Craig Rice who chairs the Council’s Education Committee.

According to Rice, Dr. Smith, who does not officially start the superintendent’s job until July 1, committed to attend several upcoming community meetings, beginning next Monday in Germantown, to get to know residents and their concerns.
