Update: Bethesda Teen Found Safe, Unharmed

Update, 11:30 a.m. Thursday: Xiresse West-Owens has been located safe and unharmed.

Original post: Montgomery County police are asking the public’s help in finding a missing 14-year-old from Bethesda.

Xiresse West-Owens from the 6300 block of Greentree Road was last seen on the morning of May 11 leaving his home, police said.

Xiresse is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. He has black hair which is shaved short on the sides and brown eyes. Xiresse has family in Baltimore County, Maryland. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Montgomery County Police 24-hour non-emergency number at 301-279-8000, or the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
