Woman Trapped after Destructive Winds Topple Tree on Kensington Home

Two residents are displaced after a large tree fell on a Kensington home early this morning around 2 a.m., according to Fire and Rescue spokesperson Pete Piringer.

Officials say a 100-year-old woman was trapped underneath the debris. She was transported to a hospital after firefighters freed her.

Fire and rescue services continue to tweet about more downed trees across the county.
