The Montgomery County Food Council is hosting the “MoCo Made Food and Beverage Expo” at the Silver Spring Civic Building on Thursday. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The first hour of the expo, dubbed as the “Buyer Only Hour,” will be a networking event between local food retailers and local businesses. After 12 p.m., the expo will be open to the general public to explore. Tickets are free and are required to enter. Attendees can register online or at the door on Thursday.
The event is sponsored by Montgomery College, Takoma Park Silver Spring Co-op, the Compost Crew, and Montgomery County Community Access Program.
