Two Men Arrested After Silver Spring Gas Station Burglary Attempt

Police took two men into custody following the attempted burglary of a Sunoco Gas Station on Piney Branch Road in Silver Spring.  

On June 11 at about 4:30 a.m., Montgomery and Howard County officers identified a stolen vehicle parked outside the gas station, at which point they witnessed the suspects force entry into the building. The men took money from the cash register and a container of lottery tickets, according to the Montgomery County Police

The suspects, Deandre Isley and Kevin Davis, attempted to run away when officers approached them, but were ultimately caught. 

Isley and Davis are being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Center. Police charged them with auto theft, second-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary. Their bond hearing is scheduled to occur on June 12.
