1. Council President Briefing: Council President Kate Stewart holds a media briefing at noon to discuss Council updates and highlight new legislation to be introduced during Tuesday’s Council session.

2. Council Committee Meetings: Three Council committees meet today:

  • Public Safety committee meets at 9:30 a.m. – 7th Floor Hearing Room | Agenda.
  • Economic Development and the Public Safety committees meets jointly at 9:45 a.m. – 7th Floor Hearing Room | Agenda.
  • Planning HP committee meets at 1:30 p.m. – 7th Floor Hearing Room | Agenda.

3. Early Release Day: Montgomery County Public Schools dismiss students early today for a scheduled early release day. And Tuesday is the final day of school for the year.

4. Municipal Monday:

  • Rockville: Mayor and Council meet at 6:30 p.m. | Agenda

5. Tabletop Games for Adults: Whether you’re new to tabletop games or are looking for people to play with, join others in a relaxed evening of gaming at the Gaithersburg Library from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.
