3. “United in Service” Meeting: U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin will join Councilmember Kristin Mink for a webinar at 7 p.m. tonight called “How to Fight Back: Effectively Engaging in Federal Advocacy and Know Your Rights.” It is part of the county council’s United in Service series in response to federal actions affecting public servants and county residents.

4. Takoma Park City Council: The Takoma Park City Council will hold a meeting starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Takoma Park Community Center. The meeting can be viewed in-person, on YouTube, the City Council video webpageFacebook, or City TV. See the meeting agenda here.

5. ICYMI: Sarah and Marc St. Jour watched their world crumble as their first son “was gone far too soon” and soon after, their apartment was engulfed in flames, and they had lost everything. But thanks to Montgomery Housing Partnership (MHP), they and Avah, 2, and Noah, 5 months, are moving into the newly refurbished Gardens of Gaithersburg off North Frederick Avenue.
