1. Bethesda Fine Arts Festival: On Saturday and Sunday, the Bethesda Fine Arts Festival happens at Woodmont Triangle along Norfolk, Auburn and Del Ray avenues. Free admission. See more here
2. Council: The County Council continues reviewing the operating budget at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
3. Safety Day: On Saturday, the county will host a free, family-friendly “Safety Day” for students and families from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Carver Educational Services Center located at 850 Hungerford Drive in Rockville.
