1. Tampered Halloween Candy Incident Ruled a Hoax: Rockville City Police officers determined sewing needles found inside packages of gummy bear trick or treat candy was a hoax staged by a 9-year-old child from the house where the needles were found.
2. Youth Town Hall: The county council’s annual Youth Town Hall is 7 p.m. tonight at the Council Office Building in Rockville.
