1. Takoma Park City Council: At 6:30 p.m., the Takoma Park City Council will have a meeting in the auditorium at the Takoma Park Community Center. 2. Fall Twilight Concert Series: From 6-7:30 p.m., Montgomery Parks will host an evening of Latin pop featuring Ocho de Bastos as part of its free Fall Twilight Concert Series at Brookside Gardens in Wheaton.
