
During the current heat emergency, Montgomery County will waive cancellation fees for public facility use.
The Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) office will honor cancellations for scheduled use on June 23 and June 24.
Groups using indoor or outdoor spaces may cancel and receive full refunds for unused hours.
Refunds apply only if CUPF receives notice through its Reservation Amendment Form.
Groups that cancel the day of their activity or arrive and find it too hot must call CUPF directly.

Groups may reschedule online at ActiveMONTGOMERY.org with at least seven days’ notice.
