Mission Alignment

Commitment

MCM Board members are expected to actively participate by attending regular Board meetings, serving on committees, and acting as ambassadors for MCM in the community. Board engagement helps strengthen our mission, expand our reach, and ensure effective governance.
Can you commit to attend 6 meetings a year? (3x virtually, 3x in person)(Required)
Can you commit to serving on at least one board committee?(Required)
Our board has a $1,000 “give or get” annual fundraising expectation. This means each board member is expected to either personally contribute $1,000 per year or help raise that amount through fundraising efforts. Are you comfortable with this expectation?(Required)
