1. Earth Day with the Owls: From 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Meadowside Nature Center in Rockville, residents can celebrate Earth Day by observing owls and making a “seed bomb” to attract pollinators to their yard. $7 fee. Register here 

2. Council: There will be three County Council committee meetings starting at 9:30 a.m. at 100 Maryland Ave.
