- Gaithersburg: Mayor and City Council meet at 7:30 p.m. View agenda

3. County Council: There will be two County Council committee meetings. The first meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. with topics including Montgomery County Public Schools Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy and cell phone policy. View agendas / View livestreams

5. ICYMI: Almost six years after White’s Ferry closed over a legal dispute, county leaders announced a plan that they think brings it closer to reopening. Ferry Owner Chuck Kuhn announced he will donate the ferry and sell the property to Montgomery County. The county will purchase the ferry property on the Maryland side for $1.5 million. The hope is that it will make the Virginia government take action.
