1. 25 Years After 9/11: MCM asked first responders, a veteran and a politician what they remember from the day that changed the world, and what people today should remember.
2. Construction on Quince Orchard Boulevard: Construction work on Quince Orchard Boulevard and Firstfield Road and a portion of Rabbitt Road is expected to start today, with completion anticipated in February 2028. There will be minor delays at various times while work is in progress. See more here

4. Ag Farm Ball: From 6-8 p.m. at Agricultural History Farm Park in Derwood, Montgomery Parks invites residents to put on their finest historical attire and join the Ag Farm Ball as “the boundaries of time disappear.” Ages 16+. $15 fee. See more here
5. Hispanic Heritage Month Game for Teens: In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, 13-17 year olds can join a guessing game of identifying famous Hispanic figures from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Long Branch Library. See more here
