Earlier this month, one of the county’s Living Legends passed away. Ida Pearl Green will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her community. Last year MCM sat down with her granddaughter, Dr. Kisha Davis, who had just written her biography “The Making of A Pearl”.
The funeral for Ida Pearl Green was held on Monday, April 28, at the Fairhaven United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg.
