County Hosts Meetings for Community Input on Health Challenges

County Public Health Services organized two Community Input Sessions for residents to provide their insights on their local health challenges. The meetings will take place virtually on July 9 and 10 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with Spanish interpretation available. 

Held in conjunction with Medstar Montgomery Medical Center, Adventist Healthcare, Holy Cross Health and Suburban Hospital, the feedback provided in these sessions will help the county develop its Community Health Improvement Plan. 

“These meetings are a chance for residents to tell us what’s working, what’s not, and what we need to do better, whether that’s expanding care, fixing barriers or investing in prevention,” said County Executive Marc Elrich.
